Paneer Avocado Grilled Sandwich

Sandwiches, I feel are the quickest meal packed with good protein and healthy fats. And most importantly KID- APPROVED! Sharing today one of many sandwiches that I make.  I am always mindful to add as many veggies as I can, a good source of protein and healthy fat portion. Paneer in this sandwich is a good source of protein like we all know 😊.. And Adding avocados – a super fruit enriched in vitamin C, K, E, potassium, magnesium and Folate. Now main base for this sandwich is BREAD. Recently I have stumbled into this high protein, good fiber bread from Daves killer – powerseed bread with almost 5g protein in one serving.

Lets get started to make the sandwich. This makes 2 sandwiches
