Black Bean Salad Sandwich

Sandwiches are the quick meals. What an amazing combination for a Salad and a sandwich. Still checking off all our checkboxes for protein and taste of the Best!

Ingredients

  1. 4 slices of toasted BREAD
  2. 1 cup canned black bean
  3. 1 cup thinly shredded lettuce
  4. 1 diced Avocados
  5. 1 cup finely chopped mixed veggies – Onion, tomatoes, carrot, and cucumber
  6. Seasoning Mix: 1tbsp of salt, black pepper, chat masala, roasted Jeera powder
  7. Butter
  8. Burger sauce
  9. Shredded cheese and parmesan cheese
  10. Coriander

Recipe:

  1. Prepare Salad :  In a bowl add Black beans, shredded lettuce, diced avocado, chopped veggies, cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese. Add all the seasonings. Finally, a squeeze of lemon. Mix salad well.
  2. Now on toasted bread apply some butter and burger sauce.
  3. Spread a spoonful of salad
  4. Top it with another toasted bread
  5. Slice it in half and Salad bean sandwich is ready..!
