Black Bean Salad Sandwich

Sandwiches are the quick meals. What an amazing combination for a Salad and a sandwich. Still checking off all our checkboxes for protein and taste of the Best!
Ingredients
- 4 slices of toasted BREAD
- 1 cup canned black bean
- 1 cup thinly shredded lettuce
- 1 diced Avocados
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed veggies – Onion, tomatoes, carrot, and cucumber
- Seasoning Mix: 1tbsp of salt, black pepper, chat masala, roasted Jeera powder
- Butter
- Burger sauce
- Shredded cheese and parmesan cheese
- Coriander
Recipe:
- Prepare Salad : In a bowl add Black beans, shredded lettuce, diced avocado, chopped veggies, cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese. Add all the seasonings. Finally, a squeeze of lemon. Mix salad well.
- Now on toasted bread apply some butter and burger sauce.
- Spread a spoonful of salad
- Top it with another toasted bread
- Slice it in half and Salad bean sandwich is ready..!
