
Avocado Tostada – A quick and healthy Mexican meal. Perfect for any time of the day. Put together is few minutes hence a perfect weekday or weekend meal. 🙂
Lets dive right into it. This recipe makes upto 4 tostada.
Ingredients:
- 2 large hass avocados
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 Boiled egg –( Optional )
- 1 tsp mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4th tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsbp – Salsa
- Oil to spray on tortillas
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- Finely chopped cilantro
- Chili flakes

Avocado Tostada
Recipe:
- Mash Avocados and boiled eggs lightly with fork.
- Add all spices – Salt, Black pepper, garlic powder. Add Mayo and mustard sauce to add creaminess.
- Now heat skillet on medium heat, and toast tortilla and make sure to fork multiple times to tortilla so that it doesnot fluff.
- Spray a little oil and toast it like you would make khakra, 😊 constantly pressing with spatula so that it doesnot fluff 😊
- Once toasted, put it on a flat surface. Add spoonful of avocado (egg) mix. Then sprinkle some onion, tomatoes and cilantro. If heart desires add some Feta cheese! Finally sprinkle some chili flakes..
- There you go a quick healthy protein rich – meal is ready!
